One of our favored Avengers could be seen in Transformers and G.I. Joe’s Crossover projects. Yes, Marvel’s Thor, Chris Hemsworth is in discussions to participate in the upcoming crossover between the Paramount "Transformers" and "G.I. Joe" franchises.

An insider report claims that the crossover between "Transformers" and "G.I. Joe" was first alluded to in "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts," which was released in 2023. Paramount officially announced the news at CinemaCon this year. The character of Anthony Ramos, Noah, meets Agent Burke, a cunning government agent, toward the conclusion of "Rise of the Beasts." Well, you must be aware that Agent Burke is portrayed by Michael Kelly from "House of Cards."

The Synopsis

After the Autobots restore Earth, Burke offers Noah a business card that reveals he works for the elite commando unit known as the G.I. Joes. Worth mentioning is the fact that both animation houses have collaborated earlier on Marvel comics in the 1980s but this would be the first time that this collaboration would be portrayed on the big screen.

"Noah changes from being jobless to having the greatest job ever. Producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura said during the ‘Rise of the Beasts’ premiere that producing it seemed natural since it connected to the narrative. It didn't seem like we were acting jaded or making statements along the lines of, 'Good news, we could just throw G.I. Joes in here. The fans have great hopes, and they will be disappointed if we try something and don't succeed in executing it. After a long time trying to figure out the Maximals, we finally have a hint as to how to begin Joe's narrative, "explained Lorenzo.

Not the debut in Transformers

How many of you know that Chris Hemsworth has already debuted in the Transformers franchise where he portrayed Optimus Prime in his youth years?

Having made an appearance in "Transformers One," this would be his second "Transformers" role.

As far as we are concerned, Di Bonaventura, Mark Vahradian, Michael Bay, Tom DeSanto, and Don Murphy will be leading the production of the crossover. Moreover, Hasbro Entertainment and Steven Spielberg are all set to assume the roles of executive producers.
