Everyone is talking about the latest movie Kalki 2898 AD. This was the most anticipated project for Nag Ashwin and we would say it did justice to what we all were expecting from this movie. The public is giving the science fiction thriller and the performers excellent praise. The star cast has featured Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. And what has made the biggest hype in the cinema halls is the cameo of the well-known actor, Vijay Deverakonda. The audience couldn’t stop hooting when the actor appeared on screen as Arjuna. Rumors have been circulating ever since, claiming that the actor demanded a hefty payment for his little appearance in the movie. However, insider sources acquainted with the circumstances have refuted the rumors.
Many actors made guest appearances
A source in the Telugu film business told Gulf News that Vijay didn't do it even charge for his involvement in Kalki 2898 AD. And just like him, most of the guest stars in the movie didn't get paid for their parts. In the sequel, the actor could reprise his role as Arjuna, a Siasat report claims.
Apart from Vijay, Faria Abdullah, SS Rajamouli, Dulquer Salmaan, and Mrunal Thakur were also featured in the movie.
Vijay’s review of the movie
The actor gave the film high marks on his X handle. "Just saw the movie," he wrote. I have no idea what to say. Enormous. Unlocked a new level in the Indian film industry. What the heck was that? I'm hoping for a thousand crores or more. #Kalki2898 AD.
